Truites meunieres

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes                                                                             Serves 6

     6 trout
     3 tablespoons of flour
     450 ml of milk
     2 shallots, finely chopped
     20 grams of butter
     Salt and pepper, parsley
Clean the trout and remove the scales. Soak for 10 minutes in cold milk, dry them
And cook the fish over moderate heat on both sides. Place the fish on a heated dish
Season with salt and pepper.Garnish with melted butter and finely chopped & shallot.

Suggestion: serve the trout with boiled or steamed potatoes. A sing the fish is cooked
