Fish Fillets in cream sauce

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

     6 fish fillets
     1 small carton of single cream
     70 grams of butter
     2 onions
     2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, salt and pepper

Butter an oven-proof dish and place the fish fillets in it. Pour the cream over this and
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat half the butter and gently fry the finely chopped
Onion mix it with the parsley and sprinkle over the fish. Dot with remaining butter .
Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes. Serve

Suggestion: Accompany with potatoes baked in their jackets.
